The gentleman who did our service this year actually got on the floor and cleaned out the vent! Never had that before. He was right on time, friendly and fast.

Terrible customer service. I will never use this service again. I tried to talk to a supervisor 3 separate times and they would not allow it. They also just continued to transfer me all over the place and got no real answer or solution to my issue.
