  Jim has been our Sears Service Technician for many years. It was a delight to see him again, after not needing an appliance repair for some time. We respect his expertise in making our malfunctioning appliances work again. He is kind, knowledgeable and very neat after his work is completed.

  our repair man was one of the best service man we have ever had. It was through our warranty company but I am sure glad we had the warranty.
