Also fixed garbage disposal.. they were fast.. went above and beyond for me. Knowledgeable very helpful. I really feel good about the service call. Would recommend to family and friends.

I give 3 stars because I have very mixed feelings. The repairman was extremely professional, very courteous, very clean and very knowledgeable. The problem is that I have a 7 yr old refrigerator with a manufacturer's error and it can't be fixed. They told the repairman not to fix it because there's no guarantee it won't go out again. So, 7 years after buying a top of the line, EXPENSIVE refrigerator, I have to buy another one. The Sears store that I bought it from will not even give me any sort of credit towards a new one. I will NEVER buy anything from Sears again.

After waiting for hours on the phone trying to set up a service call that wasn't a month away we received one service trip out to determine the problem with our refrigerator. We were told the tech would be back in 3 days to put the part on. We waited 1 1/2 months for the tech to return and then on the appointment day he never showed up. After more hours on the phone we were able to set up another day for repairs in a month. Then on the appointed day, the tech never showed, again!! Thankfully 3 days later a tech named Jerry shows up at our door and fixes our refrigerator. He was a very patient and efficient angel who took the time to make sure our refrigerator worked correctly. I will never buy another Kenmore product. Extended warranties from Sears are nothing but wasted money. They take months to fix your appliances. We spent top dollar for appliances (Elite) and have had the ice maker replaced, and worked on 3 times, not counting what we went through this go around. 21/2 months waiting for repair.
