Have had warranty for a year, but it took OVER 2 WEEKS to have my washer REPAIRED!! The problem is with CALL CENTER and NOT the technician. Warranty wasn't attached to phone number, received multiple service repair confirmations only to find out NO TECHNICIAN WAS INFORMED!! had to CALL a technician MYSELF, asked if they cover Sears Warranty, now waiting 4 MORE DAYS FOR THE PART TO BE ORDERED!! And STILL WAITING UNTIL MONDAY!!
