Absolutely horrible experience and lack of professionalism! I called to schedule a washer repair. Background noise was like a party (music, loud talking, and laughing). Operator first gave me a THREE WEEK wait for the repair with a $129 "diagnostic fee", but would not provide me an estimated cost for my error code (drain pump replacement -no diagnostic needed). Said they charged by the job (not hourly rate), but refused to give me any estimate until I pay the $129 for the repair man to come to my house. After complaining that another company could come out in 10 days, so I wanted to see if it was worth waiting for them for a better rate, the operator spontaneously found an appointment for the NEXT DAY and provided me the "exact cost". The next day the repair man NO SHOWED the appointment. Called Sears a second time and was forwarded to the 3rd party vendor who said there was no appointment scheduled and I would have to call SEARS back. Called SEARS a third time (annoying auto prompts and Covid screening questions just to speak with someone). I was told that, "It was no problem they could now schedule me an appointment for FOUR WEEKS out". The operator was not apologetic at all and could careless about the situation or my time.

They check the dryer filter and did a rinse cycle on the washer to make sure it was ok but they did it so fast like they are in a hurry 10min they were on their way out. They left before the rinse cycle was done but told me that its good because it doesn't sound bad and look clean. I think that they can do better because I take care of it but it doesn't mean it always good. Anyway I'm ok nothing is perfect as long they check it and I have proof that my laundry are up to date.

Same Experience as Patrick Johnsons review posted 2 months ago. I had a warranty repair from LG with you guys set for February 8th 2021. 2 weeks later, when that time came around, you guys were a no show on the repair. You stated that there was no appointment ever made but you were aware of the warranty repair.. So you set up for March 8th. You called us on 3/5/2021 to tell us that you were not going to make it due to overbooking and pushed us out another 3 weeks (3/23/2021). I'd bet money you wont show up there either. This is complete bull!...I am sure you can figure out the other side of that word. This is way below any standard of service. It makes sense why the parent company had to file bankruptcy due to incompetency, unprofessionalism and lack of having your sh...together. Here we go now waiting 2.5 months. You'll probably change that as well. The lady on the phone today I had our name spelled as smith instead of Schmidt lol kind of sad. Worst service ever!! one other thing that proves the incompetence of your employees and service. The care rep before the supervisor had stated that LG did not elect the Elite service so this is why SEARS can change our appointment. if we wanted better service we needed to call LG....what a joke (-1) Stars
