My 10-year-old Magtag works well now, the serviceman was professional, diagnosed the problem, credited what I had paid for the water pump (which I had ordered on advice of the first serviceman who came) toward his service call labor, and returned the pump to Sears. He removed $1.03 in change from behind the front panel of the washer which had caused it to malfunction. In the future, I will always remove change from my jeans pockets before I wash them!
