Service request began on 12/27/21. After 6 visits by a Sears technician it is now 3/18/22 and dishwasher still does not work and next scheduled appointment is 4/12/22. Multiple times they re-scheduled an appointment due to illness and other reasons. Understand that happens, but the re-schedule date always 2 weeks later. 3 times repairman left and indicated it was fixed, but washer did not clean dishers which is the point. They have also made it impossible to talk to a live voice. Even when they are calling you to re-schedule an appointment, it is automated and you have to call them back and a machine gives you your next appointment date. I urge you not to buy any Sears appliance (dishwasher only 2 years old) and if you already have, I hope it doesn't break down as their repair service is much worse than the quality of their low quality appliances.

Call in to have my Kenmore Elite side-by-side refrigerator freezer 2017 model repaired a cooling issue refrigerator was at 48 degrees freezer was at 19 degrees call in for a service order took them three weeks to get here a upon repair refrigerator died the same day. I had to remove everything from refrigerator temp now 79 and freezer 79 in refrigerator. Called them back said I need to tech back out to repair the repair that failed I have to wait 22 days before someone will come back out this is unacceptable and unprofessional do not use Sears do not buy anything LG do not buy anything that uses A & E for their repairs

While a little pricey, the value of the service was worth it. VERY good communications up front, professional repairman, excellent results. I will use Sears Appliance Repair again, as needed!
