I was very happy with the service! I didn’t include good value above because we didn’t pay for the service. We bought a warranty on our dryer which covered the cost of the repair so I don’t know how much the service normally costs. But as far as everything else, the service was great. I was called to set up an appointment and then sent a text reminder once it was scheduled. The technician called ahead to let me know he was on his way and when he would arrive which was also very helpful. He was very courteous and quickly repaired our dryer! I really appreciated the professionalism and quality work!

The tech was great and professional and knowledgeable. Scheduling was easy to make an appointment. The day of, i received several texts from the automated system changing the time all over the board and no explanation as to why. You choose a half day to meet and they used a whole day of mine moving times back and forth and nothing was on time. No phone number available to talk to a person, just the automated system that answers NOTHING. Use a home town small shop instead of this garbage.

We got text confirming his arrival, plus a phone call about 15 minutes before he arrived. He knew was skilled and compentnt, and answered our questions. So very pleased with this experience with this repair service. Would highly recommend.
