Lloyd’s Repair was great. Brandt was very knowledgeable and was willing to explain things to me. He contacted me the night before to let me know when he would be to my home. He was able to get my washer running when other technicians from another company were not. Great service.

I called to make an appointment to get a stove and a microwave fixed. By the time I got through the computer and given an operator to speak to and she took all the information had me repeated a few times because she didn't wasn't paying attention as I was explaining it so I had to give details two different times on the stove and three times on the microwave. Was put on hold. My whole call time was little over an hour and then they hung up on me. My insurance company supposedly tried for 8 days to contact them and got nothing so I was granted an exception to find my own contractor so I thought I would go through the local office and I still don't have a contractor to diagnose or fix. Disrepairquest was started on September 27th, today is October 16th.

Once I finally had a service repair expert in my house (Sears online kept telling me things to try on my own), the service was fantastic. The man was from Lloyd's. Not only was he knowledgeable, he was very personable. He cleaned under my washer/dryer for me. He ended up making two visits. The first diagnosed the problem and the second was to make the actual repair. He only had my home phone and although I called Sears Repair to please let him know my cell number as I had someone waiting to be there while I was at work, he did not get the number. He left a message and when I returned the call late in the day, he was extremely accommodating. He came out at the end of his day. He did not appear to be rushed or upset with the phone mix-up. He made the repair, suggested some maintenance on another appliance, and left my laundry room looking like he'd never been there at all. I will definitely be requesting Lloyd's whenever I need Sears Appliance Repair. I will also be recommending Lloyd's to friends who do not have a Sears Protection Plan. He made the entire experience pleasant.
