This was the contracted vendor from our American Home Shield warranty. Greg was OUTSTANDING! He was prompt, courteous, polite, clean, highly skilled, very competent, and effected both the diagnosis and repair of our 2 year old Maytag Bravos washer in the same visit. Curt was very friendly and did what he could to help with my washer! I washed a candle on accident and he managed to get all the glass out (still can't believe I did that). Arrived his estimated time and was very quick, even showed me how to clean out the filter.

Our repairman was friendly, fast and very knowledgeable. He explained the problem to us and fixed it quickly. I scheduled the repair on a Friday evening and it was repaired Saturday morning. Very happy with Sears Appliance Repair!
