The repairman who came to my house from Appliance Professionals was excellent. His name was Richard. He had come to my house twice before, for the same issue. In the end, he determined that my washer needed a new control board, so he ordered it. That was a Tuesday. I received a call from his office on Thursday, telling me that the part was in and that I could schedule for the installation. We are never available to meet a repairperson during the week, so I had to select his next available Saturday. It was a few weeks out, but I booked it anyway. A little while later, I received a call from the company telling me that Richard had offered to work on that very next Saturday so that I would not have to wait such a long time. That was so great. He came promptly on that Saturday, worked diligently as always, and fixed it!

My appointment was scheduled for 8AM to 5PM, the technician called at 7:45AM from my driveway. He Diagnosed the water softener and reset all settings and was gone in less then 45 minutes. Technician was a pleasure to talk with and knew the products well.

I called in on Saturday to schedule an appointment; I was told it was $89 to come out and look at the appliance, plus the cost and labor of the repair(if I decided to have them make the repair). That was fine, but since I was going to be in and out that day, I decided I'd call back and schedule on Monday. So, Monday morning I called to schedule the appointment and was told the service fee would be $99-wait, I was just told a couple of days ago(on the weekend), it was $89, now it's MORE expensive for you to come out on a weekday???? I called the guy doing the scheduling out on this and he said, oh, you're right, usually in 99% of your area, it's $99, but you just happen to live in the area(the other 1%)that cost $89!? Needless to say, his shadiness lost my business before the technician even got his morning coffee. I will not be doing ANY BUSINESS WITH suspected Flimm-Flammers!
