The lady I spoke with was very good at her job and had my part sitting in front of her in a few seconds but I called the store in Hobbs come to find out when she said she could have it to me within 2 days I told her I was sorry to waist her time she was very nice about it and told me if I didn't find it to call her back I have learned that it's not like it used to be where Dad went to Sears for everything and the catalog they sent out every year to people was the only book in the house us kids would fight over lol but that Sears call center is ok In my books
