  Set up an appointment for today to fix our washer drier. Contacted sears twice to confirm the repairman was coming, they promised he would arrive at 2:55. At 2:40 repairman called and told us his last appointments took too long and he would not be coming to fix our washer. I kinda knew this would happen based on previous reviews but yes they are correct - they do not keep appointments and let you down last minute. Tried to book me in for the next week, can’t be without laundry for this long. They also tried to sell me air conditioning and now won’t stop emailing about it. PROVIDE THE SERVICE YOU ADVERTISE!!
