Took forever to get service. First part arrived broken then appointments kept getting pushed out even though we had the part. Ended up buying a washer from somewhere else because we were waiting for over a month. Will never use sears repair service again. The technicians were fine and they were able to diagnose and fix the problem. However, the process was terrible and I was unable to talk to a person when I needed assistance. Very frustrating experience.

I scheduled service on my refrigerator 3 weeks ago and have been rescheduled twice now. I even had set times he was yo be here today a d didn't shiw up and when questioned about it was yold they had to reschedule again. How long can you go with3a refrigerator

I scheduled an appointment to have a technician come out to look at our waher. My appointment window was from 8-5 which meant I would miss a full day of work. I received a text the day before my appointment and they day of confirming the day and time. No one called or showed up. I had to call to find out if they would be still coming out today. I was told @ 5:15, sorry we will need to reschedule you for another day. This is unacceptable. I am so upset that I had to miss work and still don't know what's is wrong with my washer!!!!! It is very disappointing to have such long standing business show their customers such disregard for their time and money. Their resolution was to just 'escalate' it to another department. I will be contacting other repair businesses tomorrow and if I need a new washer, Sears WILL NOT get my business!!!
