Tech was knowledgeable, courteous, and acted very professionaly. He quickly diagnosed an issue that another service had mis-diagnosed. He had a trainee with him which tells me his company considered him to be a good mentor. For these reasons I am very likely to recommend this company to others.

* Paul was outstanding. Called to give me an estimated arrival time and arrived on time. Listened to my explanation of the problem, located the defective part, replaced it and left all gates closed and everything as he found it. He called when finished to explain what was done, and to let me know that the repair was completed. I received the written notice of completion via email quickly. I am very pleased with the service, and with Paul's professionalism!
