1st repair call started in May 2020.....today is December 20th and STILL WAITING FOR JOB TO BE FINISHED!!!  Sears either rescheduled or said they were here and NO ONE SHOULD as we could see the driveway as sitting at the table waiting.  Now Sevice agreement is done, harder to get answers.  They leave a automated voice message and your supposed to call back to nothing but a automated system!!!!!   Not happy, never never getting another service agreement.

I told them what was wrong with my machine  they came out turned it on and said yes your water pump is out   They didn’t have the part to fix it even though I’ve been with them for 20+ years they expected me to unhook it and pull it out to the center of the room so they could work on it. I called and complained, they said they’d send someone else out the next day and guess what? “They did not call or show up!”  When I called to see why they said “the only person available was the one I didn’t want back”. I’m done with them.

The technician arrived earlier than the original estimated arrival time and was extremely professional. He explained everything very clearly and was very knowledgeable.

Friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. Evaluated the problem and informed me that it was a house electrical issue. Didn't understand the financing aspect since I was on the warranty plan.

The service guys that came out were nice but after having 4-5 calls to fix the washer we were at our wits end.  Brian got it fixed last week and we are grateful to finally have a washer to use.  He said the parts were about $500 could have just replaced the washer in our eyes.

The technician was not familiar with the dryer needing to be repaired. Maybe just tired - late in the day and he had to travel to get here. He guessed at the part needing replacement but didn't have the part. I ordered the part direct from Sears replaced it and there was no change - the dryer still didn't work. Called 800 number and explained situation. Requested another service call and not same technician. Also explained that I didn't feel I should be charged again to have technician do what should have been done on first visit.  Bottom line is same technician returned. Replaced part I told him I suspected first time and dryer worked and then proceeded to charge me all same charges as 1st visit. Called 800 number again and got nothing but frustration.  Customer Service is farmed out to Asia and people could not understand nor help with any of my frustration. It took two weeks, my ordering an unnecessary part at an additional cost and am paying twice for a repair that should have been completed on first visit. Poor service in this instance.

The service was excellent, beginning with scheduling of the appointment, the follow-up communications pertaining to the service techs schedule and arrival. Communications were in the form of text, emails and phone calls. Communications were timely and satisfactory.

The tech person arrived as scheduled and expected. The tech was pleasant, knowledgeable, efficient​ and shared tidbits of useful information.

We have experienced Sears Service on various appliances on 6 to 8 occasions over the last 18 years and have never been dissatisfied or displeased. My comments pertain to Warranty Service.

I came here to give sears 1 star... for allowing scalpers to use their site to sell merchandise they acquired through using bots to buy up playstation 5's just to sell at double the price.  I wanted to get one for my son, his birthday was February 14th.  He turned 7.  Thanks a lot you chumps.

This was the 4th visit from a Sears repairman/woman. We bought a Kenmore dishwasher in May and have only been able to use it for about 2 weeks. Nothing, but problems with the dishwasher and long wait periods between fixes even though we bought the insurance. This last repairman told me this repair was my husbands fault since it wasn't wired correctly. I did not speak to him again, but he did find out during his repair that is was NOT my husband; it was who repairman who repaired it last. Needless to say, I will NOT buy another Kenmore product or another product from Sears even though I had been a fan of both.

We were very pleased with the last repair technician who finally fixed our unit.

The problem was with the person Sears contracted with on the first two visits.
He was totally inept. Punched our water softner with a broom handle. Brought no tools and seemed lost as to what to do,
Ended up with rust everywhere. Wrecked a permanent I had. Not good!

Lost a lot of time getting it fixed correctly.
