Twice I've had to call for repairs and both times the service tech was scheduled immediately. I have not had any issues with scheduling repairs or with the repair men getting to my home. They call when they are in route and are always friendly and willing to explain the issues they are repairing and what possibly caused the problem.

I love to shop at sears they have grate things in there check it out soon i get all mine there stoves deep freezs they really last u a while they are nice all so if it gos bad they to to it right away .so go shoping .
