  Service was performed quickly. Technician explained steps taken to insure refrigerator parts were not damaged & would work well. He even advised me on steps to insure my service coverage would not lapse, and measures to take a few months before current coverage expires. Excellent work!

  Repairman was polite and professional. No complaints there. But Sears charged $279 in labor for a 10-minute replacement of the door latch of the dishwasher. The parts were only $70. I felt ripped off.

  I absolutely hate leaving bad reviews and only do in extreme cases. But have had Sears home warranty and they where unable to repair or replace a refrigerator for over a year. I strongly feel like they are scamming many customers and not helping anyone. Have had repair technicians come in and not even take notes of what happens and then they penalize you for their mistakes. A technician came and forgot to install a part. This is fraudulent business practices and they need to be held accountable for taking peoples money and lying in order to have to get out of replacing products that they have the inability to fix. Absolutely Do not use Sears appliance repair they will charge you to cancel their services knowing they have already taken money again again from you to repair or replace nothing.
