The tech that was sent out is the one getting the good ratings. The person I talked to on the phone gave me the runaround a little bit and blamed management for the problems. The other thing that is completely ridiculous is the amount of texts and emails that said the same thing and then there was a series of completely wrong texts the day of the service. At one point I had called and said that I was canceling everything because of what the texts were telling me, and I was assured that nothing in them was correct that the guy was still going to be there on time on the day he was supposed to be there.
