The repair men were wonderful. The scheduling using Sears Home Warranty was terrible. It took three months from the tome we reported our washer down broke to get it repaired. At one point we waited three weeks for a service man and the day we were to be serviced they called and rescheduled us for almost two weeks later because a truck broke down. When I requested we be scheduled the next day they said they can’t bump next in line for service. I will not use Sears Home Warranty again.

I calledSears Appliance repair -they were very polite and professional on the phone, they came within 2 days of my calling them, and they left me updated as time when they would get to my home. The service man was very peasant and professional, answered all my questions and explained what the problems were. He quoted me a price and let me know that if I wanted time to decide what to do, to just call them back. The price Iwas quoted for the serviceman to come was exactly the price I was charged. I was very glad that I had called Sears Service Repair. -Sue Rae

Sears is now thru India. Communications ARE HORRIBLE.2 technicians came out. Got 2 different diagnosis for the problem. NEVER got fixed DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS
