  We needed help with our freezer light and on the initial call we were told it would be $35 diagnostic fee and if we didn't follow through with the repair it would be a $99 service fee. The technician was here a matter of minutes as OUR light bulb only need a harder turn and it came on. We were then charged $149 labor fee. I paid it with a check and then after the fact received 3 emails from Sears 1. Your accepted estimate of service 2. Forms from your recent service that had a copy of the accepted estimate with a line drawn through the signature portion 3. Receipt of repair service. I do not feel that less than 5 minutes of service is equivalent to $149 labor fee when we were first told it would be $35.

  The store doesn't exist, but it says it does, and even has an address. If you call they tell you the closest location to you isnt even close to Port Huron.
