Technician was extremely capable. James quickly identified and resolved the problem in a friendly and professional manner. Unfortunately, my experience with Sears was less than satisfactory. There was a long delay between reporting the problem, scheduling the repair, and securing needed parts. As a result we were without a dishwater for three and a half weeks. James (technician) earned an “A” and Sears “ D-“.

your technician did NOT REPLACE THE COMPRESSOR PART FOR OUR REFRIGERATOR/FREEZER. I CANNOT THAT THE PEOPLE YOU USE ARE SONSTUPID
