they talk through texting i guess was ok. they told us most of the prices up front. however they did not tell us it was a flat rate and how much it cost. $356 for the flat rate for a 5 minute job is a joke. if i knew that i would have never had them come by. i thought it was by the hour like everywhere else. wasted $99 just to find that out. never asking for there help again.

They have shut down all their stores and moved completely on line. If you need help with a repairit had to be over the phone.
