Update: Sears fixed our washing machine. We waited about 5 weeks for the service call, long time. However, we're in a rural setting so understandable. Throughout the process the automated scheduling assistant cancelled our appointments twice, we didn't receive any communication from sears. We had never used this service before and through the 5 week process without any human communication it was hard to determine when sears was actually going to show up. I would have given 3 or 4 stars if we would've received better communication during the process.

SEARS APPLIANCE REPAIR is not based out of Willmar MN. Rather one technician covers a large territory of central MN. As a result, I waited about 1 month for the appointment. I was given a date and time range 8Am - 5pm. On the day of the appointment the technician called and told me I was his third visit of the day so "expect me ebefore 1pm." He was a nice guy, courteous, who fixed my problem. Was worth the 1 month wait.
