Joseph was our technician & was absolutely great at his job, communication skills & his personality. Could use some more people out there like him that actually take the time to listen to the customers concerns & not be in a rush to get in and out. There’s still hope in this world after all…. Thanks Joseph 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The tech misdiagnosed my washer that was stuck in drain mode during all the cycles. He said it was the pressure pump and was going to charge $400 to replace a $48 part. The price was over my budget, so he showed ME exactly what to do. Come to find out, IT WASN'T THE PRESSURE PUMP! I spoke with an electrician and he walked me through checking my motherboard, making sure all terminals were connected, in which a couple were not tightly fitted. After I reconnected the motherboard, my washer worked like a charm. Nonetheless, Sears didn't do anything about their "professional technician" and the misdiagnosis. I will never use this service again.

Terrible treatment from Sears who I have been a customer of for over 30 years. First technician did not know what he was doing and charged me for a part I didn't need. Thankfully, the most recent technical was honest and told be the first two didn't know what they were doing but said nothing he could do.. Was also scammed by Sears Home Warranty but that's another long story. Customer service at Sears Home Warranty is atrocious. Talked to 7 people who could not speak good English and eventually hung up on me. I guess I will have to report this to State Attorney General's office, Better Business Bureau and local media to get any resolution.
