  Part was 43 dollars and they charged 238.00 dollars for 20 minutes and they only lifted the lid on my washer. This is totally a rippe off of people the total was 326.00 for 20 minutes for lifting a lid to fix a switch. No hard work at all.I think I should be refunded some of my money. They gave me a bad customer service number and email. Can't get in touch with anyone

  Horrible experience with the location - 2712 W. Main St., Waynesboro, VA. Called to schedule an appointment first thing this morning. Dispatch said Technician will arrive between 8AM-5PM. Being without a Stove we had no choice but to lose the day - too wait. 3:15pm the Technician calls to inform us he just got us put on his schedule. Now - I have a Text message from Sears at 9:22pm stating this same Tech will be here by 5:00pm. At 3:15pm this Tech calls to inform us he has 4 more stops ahead of us and will be here no earlier than 7:00pm - may be. Sears Service is horrible. Their Dispatch lied to us! We called to voice our disappointment and got excuses as Sears laid blame on the Tech in the Field. Go elsewhere!!!!!

  Doesn't exist. I drove to the address provided, which was a Kmart. Asked the guy inside if there was some kind of sears appliance repair store in there and he said no. It's also not in the Kmart from looking around.
