Parts for oven back ordered from before Thanksgiving. No updates as to status. Finally got in touch with someone In January after several attempts to confirm parts due to release 2/1 and they would schedule tech return after shipment. We received the parts, and waited, and waited. No call to schedule install. Called back, rep assured me we didn’t have the parts because the “system” said they were still back ordered. After 15 minutes on the phone, finally convinced her we had the parts, after repeatedly giving her the part numbers that were laying on our kitchen counter. Once offered to take a picture and send it to her in the Philippines. She made us an install appointment for 2/15 between 8 and 5. Technician never called or showed up after my wife took off work to be home. Called back 2/16, and guess what, the “system” says the parts are back ordered. They made another appointment for 2/25, between 8 and 5 of course, but the rep could not guarantee the tech would show up. The “system” assured her the parts were, you guessed it, BACK ORDERED. Save yourself a lot of time and a tremendous amount of frustration, and call anybody else. Really……. Anybody else

* Even though we had to wait awhile for Ean to show up it was worth it. Ean wore a mask, was polite, very knowledgeable about our Maytag Bravos xl washing machine and his assessment to change the washer machine pan due to the ridges on the pan spot on. We removed the pan and it worked with no problems. We will be getting a new pan with lower ridges or no ridges in the washer machine pan. Hope we won't need service again but if I did I hope I get Ean again. A+++++

Had leaking washer evaluated. Timely response charging the $109 diagnostic (fine), then stating needing part. Charged for part and repair. 8/14 scheduled (week plus later). No show. I love chat to find out if someone coming at 2pm. Told Technician sick and need to reschedule. No notification prior to me reaching out that no one was coming. Day wasted. Rescheduled for 2 days later today 16th. Same thing. No notification of timing of arrival. Love chat at noon to ensure coming. They reach out to dispatch. My wife get a call (not my number listed on the repair service) saying technician overbooked and not coming. Rescheduled again for 8/24, 7 days later. Again, no common courtesy of a notification without me having to persistently reach out. Another half day wasted. Pure BS. No follow through. No accountability. No communication. Would avoid Sears for Repair Service. Washer will be down more than 2 weeks with 2 kids and school just having started today. Sears never again.
