My fridge broke and I had the service warranty on it. So I called to get it fixed. They gave me a timeline of TWO WEEKS before I could have a functioning refrigerator. That is far too long to be without a fridge for a family of 4. Editing this review. I ended up waiting the two weeks. It still wasn't acceptable, but since I had the warranty, it was worth it. The repair was done and the fridge does work now.
