I have had terrible service and predatory pricing with this business. They charge $109 to come out and "diagnose" but their practice seems to be to come out - barely look at it-- not even pull anything apart but base it on a consumer description (that could have been given over the phone)-- and then say that the repair is going to cost more than the cost of a new machine. There is no way to talk with someone and get more information. There is not a way to talk to a supervisor to talk about the charge. There is no way to talk with a real person BEFORE they come out to avoid the charge. Unless they reveal themselves and allow person to person phone calls pre and post visit, not going to use them ever again.

Technician was excellent. Sears pricing is repulsive and predatory. Need your fridge fixed? We have the part in the truck. But its going to be 400 dollars labor for 15 minutes because thats what the phone says... Tech was great, Sears cannot be trusted. Very sad...

My stove repair experience was fine. I could get an appointment and get it fixed the following day. The repairman was very courteous and friendly. I have a huge complaint against Sears scam to get you to enroll in the $50 per month appliance repair program. I had to pay twice as much as the repair actually cost because I I didn't want to enroll in this program. THis is really bad business. A repair should cost what it costs and not be used as a some sham to get you to buy something you don't want. I am not happy with Sears and I will not use their repair service again.
