Needed my dryer fixed and I was sent the owner of R&R repair. All he and his wife could brag about is how sears here in canton, TX gives him all his business but he’s actually from Arlington. Well this man tried to say I had a bad timer in my BRAND NEW DRYER. I’m no expert so I figured maybe it was true. He said I needed to pay him upfront for the timer and he’d be back the next morning with it to replace it. Note, I have done this before for a different appliance and they actually followed through with their word. Anyhow, Ralphel gladly took my money and never showed up. I got text after text with excuses following the next 6 days. When I called to ask him to just give my money back and I’ll call someone else he said “No, I bought the timer already and I’m not able to return it now and since I already came to your house to diagnose the problem we will consider that labor work. Consider us paid in full.” He then proceeded to hang up on me and block mine and my husbands number. If sears sends a short Mexican guy named Ralphel in a R&R repair white van, RUN. He is a scam artist.
