  Good service but a lack of parts on the service truck resulted in 2 weeks of a broken fridge. Tech was great after all they can only repair what they have parts for. Which they did when they returned 2 weeks later as scheduled by Sears. Great Tech as he was a Mentor and was training the next Generation of Service Providers. Sears service calls must be loaded with work if their schedule are so full.

  The sears store no longer exists in Stephenville. Your call will be rerouted. Sears appears to be in its death throes. Time to start replacing my appliances with other brands.
