I was quoted $150 when they arrived. $70 for parts and $80 for labor. He did the repairs and charged be $70 for parts and $240 for labor. Then said it would be half if I joined their monthly warranty service. He lied. I paid the money to get him out of my home as it was uncomfortable. And Sears won’t refund what they lied about.

The service was horrible. It took over 20 min on the phone with the representative just to schedule the service due to the rep asking the same questions over and over to verify things over 3-5 times. I was having my microwave repaired. Only the door latch was broken, it otherwise worked fine. The repair guy took the microwave apart and put it back together incorrectly. Bad enough he couldn't repair the broken latch but when I tried using it an hour after he left it didn't work at all! It wouldn't turn on. I called the service representative and was told they would try to tell the guy to come back but of course he never did that day so I had to schedule another day for him to come out to fix the problem he caused, taking another day off of work. He never showed up and when I called again the service rep said he was still running late. By then I was fed up and cancelled the appointment. I asked for a refund of the service charge since and was told no. Never again will I go with sears

The Sears repair technician that came to my home to repair our dishwasher was very professional and worked diligently until he got the dishwasher working again. I was very happy with the results. He explained what had been broken with it and made recommendations on the upkeep for longer use.
