I didn't have to wait long for a technician to come figure out what was wrong with my fridge. He diagnosed the problem quickly & was able to fix it. It was an issue with the breaker & he was able to solve it so I didn't have to call an electrician or get a new fridge which saved me a lot of money. I'd definitely call them again for any appliance issues.
