The tech that came out to check out our dryer was very friendly and respectful, he arrived on time and was happy to help in any way he could. Our guy knew exactly what the trouble was in a fee minutes and ordered the parts right from here. I can without a doubt recommend him...the company he is employed with essentially.

Warranty Checkup. Service Tech was excellent and knew his stuff. However, The company cares very little about those that try to use their service. An EIGHT HOOUR time frame is what they give for arrival time which is totally unacceptable as the whole day is taken up waiting for the Tech to arrive. A two hour time frame is best and a four hour time frame is BARELY acceptable. Especially if you have no one other than yourself to be at your house as required.

Service technician was friendly and social, however $90 for a service where no buttons were pushed on the machine to run a diagnostic to test what could be wrong just a list of parts and costs beyond the value of the dishwasher. The machine is only 2 years old can't see replacing it with out seeking other options, or replacing parts. Youtube or Google have many tutorials at no cost on diy if your savvy enough and have time to do it yourself don't spend the $.
