  The lid switch on our old Kenmore washer was failing. While I could have replaced this myself, the service professional was able to obtain the correct part and replace it in much less time than it would have taken me to do it, and he checked out the washer to make sure there were no other problems. It was well worth the price to have this done quickly, and be able to use this machine for a while longer.

  I had called and let your customer care center a day or so before the techs visit. I let the rep know that the washer needed a drain pump AND a front door seal... The tech brought the pump and installed, but no seal to be found... Why?

  The repairman came four days after I called. The window was "sometime between 8-5", which I think is too broad a window. But the repairman called at 8 on the morning of the service date and gave a 2 hour window, 1:45-3:45, which was better but too late to reschedule my work day. He repaired the mower and it works great. The service call of $98 plus parts and labor is high but I knew that going in. He was efficient, polite, and knew what he was doing.
