  $350 + to replace a drive belt and a pulley when I had already removed the mower deck to approach the problem. It took 2 visits and about 1 hour total.Parts were $52.18 - total was $375.76. The repairmen ( a different one each visit ) were very professional and the repair ( so far ) is good. It is warrantied for 90 days. I will not use again - I feel the price was too high for the amount of work done.

  My refrigerator was not cooling. I called to make an appointment, gave a description of the problem and was told it would be two and a half weeks to get a repair person to come. Once he arrived he did not have a part so he ordered the part (which came 2 days later) but the service call to actually make the repair was another 2 weeks. Four and a half weeks for a repair is poor service in my opinion. Also they repair service has a 9 hour window on the day of the actual service. Who has 9 hours to wait - better time management would be appreciated.
