  I had a sample of your service today the tech showed up to tell me what I already knew then could not fix the problem we had, took $89. For doing absolutely nothing and called in and was on hold for someone in the Phillipines.

  Tech did not offer effective solutions. Did not run machine diagnostics. Did not check motor, pump or controller. Result is scraping 5 year old machine and buying new.
