One picture one month after their refrigerator repair and a second picture after they charged me $900 and canceled their service appointment 3 times. TWO TIMES THEY CANCELED THEIR APPOINTMENT WITH A SICK DRIVER WHILE I WAS ON THE PHONE WITH THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE.. Their customer service wont let you talk to a supervisor to get any answers, just provide a run around. Very disappointing service and customer support.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Washer was not agitating when he arrived. I believe he got it to spin before he left..no clothes. It did not sound right..super loud. When I went to do a load of laundry..5 minutes after he left.. the same error code came up and it did NOT AGITATE! I have to wait two weeks to get them back to repair my washer that I already paid to be repaired. Once they get your money..and your a re-repair..you wait longer! DO A LOAD BEFORE THEY LEAVE TO MAKE SURE ITS REPAIRED WITH WEIGHT! Update: The second appointment they said they needed two techs to repair. One didn’t show. So NOT REPAIRED YET! Made a third appoint…no washer now for 6 weeks. Third appointment said needed all new drum. Haha. Called another company…they fixed it in 1 hour. NO NEW PARTS. It was the lid sensor. THIS COMPANY IS INCOMPETENT, Fraudulent in their diagnosis, and will cost you money, time, and a lot of inconvenience.

The repairman from Sears, Tim, is incompetent. He checked the dishwasher, said that the water pump or something was making noise. He then claimed that the water pressure was low and said we need a plumber and left. After he left the kitchen faucet has no cold water. When I called the Sears appliance repair number, (after a long hold) and explained the situation that we had no cold water after the repairman left. They apologized but said next appointment is 7 days later to fix the problems caused by their repairman. 7 days without cold water in the kitchen, completely unacceptable! Worse yet, before we finalized what to do the line was cut off. When I called back (again after a long hold), the operator said that their whole computer system had an outage. They could not look up anything or make any scheduling appointment. Sears repair should just shut down like their retail business. Update: A plumber came and said that Time turned off the valve for the cold water and there was nothing wrong with the water pressure in the house. The dishwasher motor is broken! So not only did I have to pay Sears, I also had to pay a plumber to correct the actions from Tim. Sears, Please DO NO HARM!
