Awful. The technician did not even touch the icemaker he came to "diagnose". He told me I needed to purchase a warranty ($600/year), wait 30 days & file a claim. Then they'd be back out to replace it for $75. I called to speak with someone about the $115 "diagnostic fee" and she didn't want to listen to what I had to say & kept talking over me. I asked to speak with someone who may be able to help & was told to call back to get another representative. So far, I've been on the phone (2nd call) for 35 minutes & it's still not resolved. Do yourself a favor & call a local place who will actually LOOK at your appliance rather than try to sell you a ridiculous warranty.
