it sucks- my saga began on Feb 14 and as of today March 20 is still not resolved. 6 weeks and 3 techs later dryer still shuts off after 5-15 minutes. had a smart a** technical support scheduler on the phone last night that absolutely refused to schedule someone to come out again. I finally told him I would just call back later and talk with someone else. I have always had Sears appliances and have always had maintenance agreements on them. their repair service these days leaves a lot to be desired.

The two men who came to repair our dryer and also "spring clean" our washer were so competent, courteous and quietly friendly that it was a pleasure to welcome them. At my request, they explained what they'd done to make the repair, and also told me what I could do myself to keep both appliances in good shape. I am so pleased to know who to call for any appliance repair. I hope nothing else breaks anytime soon, but of course it will, so I will actually look forward to seeing these gentlemen again!

I purchased my Sears 4/9/15 and I have had it serviced twice,5/3/16-5/31/17, also it has had to have two transmissions. I would say not a good sign for Sears, so thankfull I had the extended warranty. The service the first time was good and clean, the second one was good, but messy. He left grease from the tire/transmission on my driveway and when I ask how to get that off his reply was "go to Walmart and get some engine cleaner or degreasers. I did just that as it was a mess. I do have a picture of the grease stain. I took this extended warranty out as I am 70 years old and know very little about mower repairs, but it kind gives Sears a bad name. The mower runs great after the maintenance/new transmission. Thank you Martha Cook (No way to insert photo)
