Military friendly and customer oriented, SME Subject-Matter-Expert, was able to explained technical specifications of Frigidaire refrigerator. My washing machine was not rinse/spinning. I made an online appt and was able to get a in-home visit on that same day. The technician was professional and friendly and the issue was resolved. I felt the cost of the repair/home visit was very reasonable considering I needed it fixed “now” and my time is valuable to me so when they gave me a reasonable ‘window’ for my in-home visit , I was pleased. Long waiting time for them to answer also was transferred to different departments with no one who could resolve my problem couldn't even talk to a experience technician the whole phone call was a waste of time no wonder Sears went out of business 😫
