  Sears has never come to fix my washing machine . I called and was told I had to wait months for an appointment. My washing machine is still broken.

  I wasted $106 on this repair service. They said they could not fix my 3 year old Bosch dishwasher because parts were not available. I checked online myself and Bosch and another source had a full range of parts. I have a reputable repair service scheduled and I am confident of repair. In defence of the visiting technician, he had repair programs in a new cell phone which did not appear to function properly. Unfortunately, it cost me $106. NOT RECOMMENDED - I should get a refund!
