They don't even rate 1 star. First I wait a week to get an appointment, they don't call until the day of the appointment, and then the guy doesn't have the gasket for my washing machine so he calls and says he'll order it and now I'll be another week with put a washer!

90.00 just to tell me the timer us Bad and a new timer is 400.00 plus labor on a 7 yr old machine , what was I thinking of have just bought the new machine and saved the 90.00
