Bill, my tech that came out today, was excellent. His rating is 5 out of 5. But, I had an appointment set last Monday for 8am-12pm and at 10:30 I received a phone call telling me that the tech was not coming and my appt was cancelled. The lady that called me to cancel was rude and sarcastic. They waited all morning until an hour an a half before they were supposed to be at my house to call and tell me that they were short staffed and had no one to come to my house. No effort was made to reschedule my appt around my work schedule. I took the day off for the first appointment and made it a week in advance. I had to wait 8 more days, until today, for another appointment and went without my dryer for over 2 weeks. Bill, my tech, gets a 5. The company Bill works for gets a 1.

Technician was great. However, their customer service is the worst I've ever seen of ANYWHERE. They fixed my stove with no issues, but when I requested a receipt, they kept saying they would send it. 3 months later, no receipt after FOUR calls. Always lip service (and yes, they had my correct email address on file because I received other service communications from them). Because of this, I lost out on my chance for reimbursement from my home warranty, so I had to eat the $500 cost. I'm extremely upset. Steer clear from these guys. I wouldn't wish them on my worst enemy.

He had the parts in his truck, Very unusual for an A & E technician. I was surprised and happy that my dryer was fixed the same day.
