My washer needed a part and the repairman walked me through the whole process. I happened just like he told me it would. He did a great job communicating and letting me know when he was going to be at my house. He was always very professional and left the area clean! Great experience!

Repairman could not repair the system even though this was the third attempt in six weeks to do so. We are waiting for another attempt a week later. I am completely UN-satisfied with Sears services and work.
