  My freezer died so I Googled a repair service. The freezer is a Kenmore product and I was pleasantly surprised to see three local Sears Repair facilities. Upon calling I was directed to a very long voice menu that was so non conclusive I hung up and visited the web site indicated. This site also were very involved and eventually offered a home visit several weeks in the future. The physical locations of the repair facilities did not exist. Eventually I called an actual local repair service.

  My elder mother was waiting for an appointment for her refrigerator, they initially made an appoint for 13 days after the appliance went down. They did not show up. Reschedule for 7 days later did not show up again. Robo-called me for 4 days to reschedule, instead of calling me to fix the problem. The worse company ever. Do not use them.

  Horrible customer service. The individual who answered the phone was disrespectful, rude, and lacked knowledge of her duties. If 0 stars were an option that's what I would've selected. I called to get my dryer service however she told me they didn't service my area which is weird because I live 5 miles away. Then she told me no technicians are available for the rest of March which is 20 days. Why do you even offer the service then? So every one in Beaufort has a broken dryer ? Dont waste your time
