I called and made an appointment and it was a week out. Not ideal, but the way people are short staffed right now that is reasonable. Being without a washer just sucks so I was eager as the day approached. The day of, two hours into the five hour appointment window they called and canceled. That was disappointing to say the least. Stuff happens though. I was told that the next time they could schedule me in was a week out. For real? Then the woman acted like I canceled the appointment, no ma'am I have been awaiting your arrival like your a free pizza. That's it really. I gound someone more reliable. Good luck with that. It's hard to do these days.

We had two different techs. One to diagnose the issue and order the parts. The other to repair a coile weeks later when the parts came in. Excellent experience all around. On time, friendly and accurate to fix the first time. Thanks guys.
