  WORST COMPANY EVER!!!! If I could give them no stars, I would. I will never use Sears Appliance repair again. They charged me $466 for 15 minutes of work and a $35 part. The technician was supposed to tell me the cost first and let me decide, but instead made the repair and then told me how much they we’re charging. DO NOT use this service. They take your payment method when you schedule the appointment so they just charge what they charge. No wonder Sears went out of business.

  Gone downhill! Used them for the 4th time recently and it is the last time I will use them. The technicians are good but customer service is the worst! I have paid for a part I can't get installed as I can't get a return call or return appointment and the part is with the technician. I recently was stood up for the return appointment so I spent an hour and a half on hold trying to get a follow up appointment and no one picked up. I am going to have to eat the fees I paid and go to another company as after 10 phone calls, put on endless hold each time and still I have no resolution. What a shame!

  Canceled twice on me. I have been waiting over 2 weeks for them to come out and fix my dishwasher. Unprofessional
