This service was a nightmare. They came after two weeks. Ordered parts to be sent to me. Came back two weeks later to do the repair. Used the oven once and the repair failed. Called and had to wait three weeks for them to come back. Ordered parts again to be sent to me. Waited two weeks for them to return and make the repair. Two days later the repair failed without having used the oven at all. I have requested a refund and will sue if it is denied. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company.

I used Sears Appliance Repair to repair our washing machine. They were prompt, came prepared with the needed parts for the repair, completed the repair quickly, and did the work for a reasonable price. I should also mention that I received excellent communication including: status text messages and emails from the day I called on throughout the process (e.g. when the tech was on their way, confirmation the repair was completed, final invoice). The tech, Tom was courteous and professional, wore a face-mask while in the house and left the area as clean as he found it. I'd definitely recommend Sears for your appliance repairs. Thank you!

In late July a repairman came out to repair a refrigerator. I paid in full to have it repaired and one week later a different repairman came to fix it and said the refrigerator was junk. He said he would put in for a refund. Two months later and no refund. Every time I call I get transferred around and then hung up on. This is the worst customer service there is hands down. No wonder Sears went out of business. I also requested a refund for the service call because of two different diagnosis. That was denied. I have requested it again. Warning DO NOT USE THIS REPAIR SERVICE. UPDATE: Now it's the end of October still no refund. All I get is we'll have someone contact you in 72 hours and that hasn't happened.
