I had to use A&E factory services which uses Sears in town. It is the worst customer service I have ever had. They keep switching my repair date making it longer and longer without any explanation. Every time you call in you get the same scripted response. No one cares about you as a customer. I would rather pay for a new washer than use this protection plan through Asurion again. DO NOT USE if you want any sanity left.

I'd say that the gentleman came to repair the dryer, but after nearly 2 months he shows up at 4pm and because the model number couldn't be read, he left. 15 minutes after he was gone, my husband was able to find the dryer on the Maytag sight. The repair man couldn't be bothered apparently. So I can't rate the quality of repair. He didn't even look at the washer that was also on request. He was supposed to be here in September, then it was moved to Oct 8 and then sometime the end of October. I know that COVID changes things up, but this person didn't even seem to try or care. I don't like giving negative reviews, but I was really disappointed waiting months to get my dryer up and running again.

I was very satisfied with Tony, who did the annual check-up on 4 appliances. He was friendly and helpful and taught me a couple important things about how to do some upkeep myself. The only thing that disappoints me is that I have to be home again another day for a minor repair on my dishwasher. It would be very helpful if both of these could have been done by the same person.
